Referral Platform

Offer a referral to the best-matched practitioner, and cascade it if they can't take it.

Launching soon For a network of independent practitioners · 2026

Launching soon. Being built now. Tell us what you'd need from it and you'll shape it.

The next step beyond matching: a referral becomes a real object with a life of its own. It's offered to the best-matched practitioner with a window to accept, cascades to the next if they decline or the window closes, and rotates fairly among equals. Practitioner profiles carry what the public register says and who checked it. Referrers get their own view of what happened to the people they sent.

The moment it will earn its keepA referral arrives at 9pm, is offered to the best fit, and is with a second practitioner by morning because the first was full — nobody chased anything.

What it proves we can do

Four things it will do.

01

Offer, accept, cascade

One offer at a time, a clear window, and an automatic move to the next best fit.

02

Profiles worth trusting

Registration, languages, approaches and fees, with a record of who verified them and when.

03

A view for the person referring

Referrers see what became of the people they sent, without chasing anybody.

04

Did this work out?

A private signal back from both sides that improves matching, never a public score.

What it shares with the rest of the Lab.

The same things we know how to do keep coming back in different industries. This is where this one sits: what it proves, and what else proves the same thing.

Matching a person can check Weights, hard requirements and capacity — arithmetic with its reasons attached, never a model's hunch. Also proved by Part Finder, Referral Engine, Insurance-aware Intake.

Only what's needed, deleted on request The least data that makes the thing work, with forgetting built in rather than promised. Also proved by Tesryn Signal, Referral Engine, Insurance-aware Intake.

Plain language, no training day One action per screen, words the user already uses, and errors that say what to do next. Also proved by Tesryn Signal, Reconstruction Research Studio, Part Finder, Referral Engine, Command Center, Tesryn Launch, Insurance-aware Intake.

The whole map — six sections, and everything that proves them.

  • No public ratings or rankings of practitioners, ever.
  • Contact details and preferences only. No health records.

What it isn't. Not built yet. The matching underneath it is running in a pilot today.

We'll tell you what it will do. Not how it's built.

Yours would be your own build, on your systems, and you'd own it outright: code, documentation, no lock-in. What we bring to it is the practice — we've solved this shape of problem before, so you're not paying for the first attempt. The method stays ours. And if what you need isn't here at all, that's the usual case — it's how every skill on this page started.
